Senior QA - Test Automation Specialist (TOSCA for SAP)

About the role As a Senior QA - Test Automation Specialist (TOSCA for SAP) , you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable automated testing solutions that strengthen quality across SAP programs. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with SAP functional experts, the BBS team, key users, and other stakeholders to ensure automation coverage and reliability for business-critical processes. In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for SAP applications. Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment. Perform manual testing as needed. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation. 3+ years of experience with Tricentis Tosca. Strong understanding of SAP applications and modules. Experience with test data management and test environment setup. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to have: Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with other testing tools and technologies. SAP certification.
