Senior QA Engineer

Job Description As a Senior QA Engineer at Sia’s Technology team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with high-quality results. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology products into the overall product portfolio. Develops and maintains comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data for various technology products. Conducts thorough testing and debugging of software applications to identify and resolve defects. Participates in code reviews and provides constructive feedback to improve software quality. Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Contributes to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer; Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum; Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium; Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#; Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or Oracle; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
