Senior QA Engineer

Job Description We’re looking for a Salesforce Quality Engineer to join Procore’s Go-to-Market system team, responsible for the architecture, development, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce.com and related technologies and integrations. Salesforce is critical to the success of our Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams, and you’ll play a key role in managing the quality of this system. As a Salesforce Quality Engineer, you’ll partner with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest level of quality for all Salesforce-related systems and integrations. This includes developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, and working closely with developers to ensure that new features and changes meet our high standards for quality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the business, and providing insights and recommendations to improve overall system performance.
