What You'll Do As a Senior QA Engineer at Heidi Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality of our AI-powered Care Partner. This includes designing and implementing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality of our AI-powered Care Partner. • Design and implement test plans that cover all aspects of the product. • Identify and report defects in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and design. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. What You'll Need To Succeed As a Senior QA Engineer at Heidi Health, you will need to have the following skills and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies. • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
