Your Tasks

The Bikeleasing Group has developed into a leading company group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It includes five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and dealers for refurbished bikes. With our ongoing profitable growth and expansion, we are embarking on an exciting technical transformation journey. For this, we are looking for you as Senior QA Engineer (gn). In this position, you will actively shape and drive our technology ecosystem. • You are responsible for all aspects of the testing process in an agile feature team, never alone, but always together with your colleagues
• You implement best practices in test case creation, test automation, but also in test documentation and test case management
• You automate tests using Kotlin and mostly with the Serenity BDD framework
• You contribute to architectural decisions regarding our test automation setup
• You participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Your Strengths

• You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation, ideally including ISTQB knowledge
• You master test automation with object-oriented approaches and have experience in Kotlin or Java and the willingness to learn Kotlin
• You have practical experience with frontend and backend tests (Web and REST) and ideally have already worked with Serenity BDD or other Selenium frameworks, as well as Rest Assured
• You can perform manual tests including test management independently and understand the basics of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• You possess good English language skills (working language) and speak German at least on a B2 level for communication with stakeholders
