Senior QA Automation

Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer (Python) Role Mission We are looking for a Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of a mission-critical connectivity platform used by global customers. In this role, you will design and expand automation coverage, build and improve test frameworks, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to deliver a highly stable and secure SaaS solution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diving deep into technical challenges, is passionate about quality, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You Will Do * Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for our SaaS platform. * Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. * Identify, document, and track defects, and verify fixes. * Build and maintain test automation frameworks and libraries. * Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability. * Continuously improve test processes and methodologies. * Mentor junior QA engineers. * Contribute to the overall quality of the product. Required Skills and Experience * 7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. * Strong programming skills in Python (required). * Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, pytest, or similar. * Experience with API testing using tools like REST-assured, Postman, or similar. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with testing in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Bonus Points * Experience with performance testing. * Experience with security testing. * Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Familiarity with database testing (SQL).
