Senior QA Automation Engineer Python Robot Framework m f

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a team developing modern API-driven solutions in the financial services domain. In this role, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure the highest quality of software. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests with a strong focus on REST APIs using Python and Robot Framework. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders within a Scrum team Test and validate RESTful APIs Analyze business and technical requirements from a testing perspective Design, plan, execute, and maintain test cases Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and Robot Framework Report and communicate test results Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuously improve testing processes Contribute to automation strategy and best practices Requirements Proven experience in RESTful API testing and API testing methodologies Strong Python programming skills for test automation Hands-on experience with Robot Framework Practical knowledge of DevOps tools, including: Jenkins Git Docker Kubernetes (K8s) Good understanding of software testing processes, including both manual and automated testing ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent practical experience Very good command of English (spoken and written) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to Have Basic knowledge of Java Passion for continuous learning and professional development Proactive mindset and willingness to improve testing processes Strong collaboration and communication skills What We Offer Long-term cooperation on an innovative technology project Opportunity to work with modern technologies and API-driven solutions International and collaborative work environment Agile way of working with experienced engineering teams Opportunity to influence testing strategy and quality standards Hybrid work model (3 days per week from the office) Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities
