As a Senior QA Associate, your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols for Biologics and Fill Finish operations. • Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies. • Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. • Providing training and guidance to production staff on GMP requirements and quality control procedures. • Maintaining accurate records of testing, inspection, and corrective actions. • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve product quality.
