Senior QA Analyst

What You'll Be Doing (Position Summary): The Sr. QA Analyst, DIT Testing is accountable for shaping and executing a forward-thinking testing strategy with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven solutions. This role translates business requirements into robust, automated test scenarios and scripts, ensuring comprehensive Development Integration Testing (DIT) across a variety of platforms. The incumbent champions the adoption of advanced automation frameworks and AI technologies, maintaining excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies that align with business objectives, • Designing and implementing automated test scripts using various tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), • Collaborating with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, • Conducting thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing, • Analyzing and reporting on testing results, identifying trends and areas for improvement, • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of software testing. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software testing, with experience in automation testing and AI-driven solutions. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Additional qualifications include: • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on automation testing, • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), • Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, TestComplete), • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and machine learning concepts, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
