Senior Python Engineer - Voice AI Platform (all genders)

Your new job

You will work closely with various teams to understand customer requirements, align them, and jointly develop scalable platform features.

You will contribute to

• You develop and operate central Python microservices for our Voice-AI-Platform (Bot Management, Telephony Middleware)
• You build low-latency, asynchronous systems for real-time speech processing and streaming audio (WebSockets, Async Python)
• You integrate STT-, TTS-, and LLM-systems and orchestrate AI workflows across various providers
• You work on scalable, event-driven architectures (REST, WebSockets, gRPC)
• You take responsibility for containerization, CI/CD, and operation of our services in the cloud

The qualifications you need

• Very good Python knowledge and experience with productive software systems
• Experience with asynchronous Python and developing high-performance, latency-critical applications
• Praxis with microservice architectures, APIs, and distributed systems
• Good Linux knowledge for operating and architecting distributed services on Linux servers
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
• Willingness to take responsibility for DevOps topics (CI/CD, monitoring, operation)
• Pleasure in teamwork and agile development processes
• You master German and English in writing and speaking
