Senior Python Developer

We are expanding our enterprise platform and are looking for a Senior Python Developer to build secure Django services and add advanced GenAI capabilities. You will own integrations (REST/SOAP/WSDL), SQL performance, and CI/CD with Git and Azure DevOps while working tightly with stakeholders—apply now

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Python and Django
• Build front-end components with CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, or comparable technologies when required
• Set up integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and WSDL-based services
• Produce and fine-tune SQL queries, database structures, and data access logic to enable application behavior
• Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to turn functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Perform precise data mappings and transformations aligned with business and technical needs
• Review code, adhere to established coding standards, and maintain high-quality deliverables
• Assist with implementing and maintaining DevOps pipelines through Git and Azure DevOps
• Embed GenAI capabilities, including GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based components, into enterprise systems
• Investigate and fix issues across the application stack, collaborating closely with team members on technical challenges
• Contribute with fellow developers to advance engineering best practices and coding standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated 3+ years of practical experience with Python and Django on enterprise-grade applications
• Solid 2+ years of experience in SQL development, optimization, and database design
• Direct 1-2 years of experience deploying Generative AI, including GPT models, embeddings, and agent-based solutions
• Professional 1-2 years of experience working with Angular
• Working knowledge with 1-2 years of hands-on LLM prompt engineering
• Strong familiarity with application architecture, system integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
• Strong command of REST, SOAP, WSDL, and large-scale service integrations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
