Senior Python Developer - Django, Release Lead (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer who works structured, keeps a clear overview even in complex situations and enjoys thoroughly testing and deploying software? Then you're perfect for us.

We are seeking a Release Lead who will work together with Product Management and Developers to ensure the quality of our core product and continuously develop it. In this role, you will be responsible for technical oversight of clean integrations, reliable deployments, and high code quality, thereby significantly shaping the stability and further development of our platform.

Aufgaben

• You define clear Release-Scopes, coordinate their implementation, and are responsible for the entire release cycle.
• You conduct Code-Reviews from developers through, ensure quality, and take care of clean integrations into the system.
• You test new features, integrate them into the production system, and take care of necessary Dokumentation.
• You review and optimize our Merge-, Release- and Deployment-Prozesse as well as our CI/CD-Pipelines.

Qualifikation

• Techincal understanding of Python-based web applications (e.g. Django, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, REST-APIs, Linux).
• Experience in handling Code-Reviews, quality assurance, and clean development processes.
• Basic understanding for IT-Security, secure software development, data protection, and handling sensitive data.
• Structured working style, developed analytical thinking, and high attention to detail when testing and dokumentieren.
• Hilfsbereitschaft, Teamorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• German on a native speaker level as well as very good English skills.
