Senior Python / Agentic AI Engineer M/F

The Role

As a Senior Python / Agentic AI Engineer, you will join Capco's Technology & Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy next-generation artificial intelligence solutions. You will work on strategic projects involving Large Language Models (LLM) and Agentic AI architectures, developing robust, secure, and industrialized solutions that meet the requirements of complex and regulated environments.

You will contribute to the integration of AI into our clients' business processes by applying best practices in software development and architecture.

What you will do

• Design and develop industrial Python applications integrating Agentic AI architectures and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Design intelligent agent workflows, orchestration mechanisms, and knowledge retrieval architectures (RAG, semantic indexing, access to enterprise data).
• Develop robust back-end services integrating AI models, business tools, APIs, and existing information systems while ensuring their performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and architecture teams to transform functional requirements into AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to architectural choices, software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring, prompt and model management), and the evolution of Capco's GenAI offerings.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Python applications in an Enterprise environment with a strong command of software engineering principles.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying LLM-based solutions or Agentic AI architectures in production.
• Excellent command of Python, APIs, distributed architectures, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in designing systems that combine reasoning, agent orchestration, knowledge access, tool integration, and exploitation of enterprise data.
• Ability to operate in complex, regulated, and international environments, with excellent communication skills in French and English.

Additional Assets

• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and associated AI services.
• Experience in user interface development with Angular or React.
• Knowledge of financial, banking, or insurance environments.
• Cloud, Generative AI, or Machine Learning certifications.
