As Public Affairs Manager for Germany and Europe (gn), you will take on a key role at the interface between politics, economy, and society. You position Bikeleasing-Gruppe strategically, build reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders, and ensure that our interests are brought forward in Germany and Europe early, credibly, and effectively. While working closely with Communication, Marketing, and Management, you will have the opportunity to shape Public Affairs at group level and further develop it. • You will take on overall strategic responsibility for Public Affairs in Germany at group level, including theme prioritization, stakeholder management, and integrated planning
• You will develop independent Public-Affairs strategies for further European markets and implement them effectively
• You will systematically monitor and evaluate political and regulatory developments in Germany and Europe and derive concrete action options from this
• You will strategically guide external Public-Affairs consultants and agencies on a national and international level
• You will represent Bikeleasing-Gruppe in political forums, associations, and relevant industry networks and integrate PA content closely with corporate, brand, and communication strategies

Your Strengths

• You bring several years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, political consulting, or a comparable function
• You have already worked in international or multinational Public-Affairs structures
• You possess English language skills at least on the C1 level and another EU language at a very good level (B2/C1)
• A high degree of self-reliance, political sovereignty, integrity, and strategic thinking are among your strengths
• You ideally have experience and a reliable network in the mobility or bicycle industry
• If your place of residence is Berlin or surrounding areas, this rounds off your profile
