Senior Property Solicitor

My client works closely with private corporate developers on some of the most interesting land development, unit title and commercial property projects in New Zealand. They want a lawyer who is keen to take on real responsibility, enjoys being close to the action and is ready to become a trusted adviser on long running projects. As a 4 year PQE Solicitor you will be involved from day one. Some of your work will sit at the front end, like reviewing acquisition terms, working through consent conditions, negotiating project agreements, advising on property law issues, and providing strategic guidance to clients. You will also have opportunities to get stuck into more complex matters such as dealing with disputes, preparing for mediation or arbitration, and appearing in court. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively with colleagues from different disciplines.
