About the role
This role will see you manage approx. 170 residential properties. You will be supported by a full-time leasing consultant and have additional support with accounts, routines, and administration.

- Manage full property portfolio
- Prepare and attend NCAT hearings
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Cover rotating Saturday roster when required
- Coordinate with leasing and admin teams

Experience required:
- Strong experience managing a portfolio
- Current real estate license
- Valid NSW driver’s license & a reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Confident communicator & relationship focused
- $100,000 - $120,000
- Bonus structure on new managements
