The Position

Working in the Property Management team with a very well maintained and manageable portfolio based around Coogee, Fremantle, Yangebup & Applecross areas.
Showing potential tenants through properties and processing lease applications
No routines or PCR's (outsourced)
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Criteria

Previous experience with your own portfolio is essential
Current PM Registration, drivers license and own vehicle.
Attitude is everything, a real team player
IT savy to navigate yourself around systems & streamline processes
