We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their expert team and oversee the management of 170 exceptional residences.

- Oversee the day-to-day management of 170 luxury properties, ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations.
- Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained to the highest standard.
- Ensure all properties comply with current legislation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards.
- Work closely with a support team, mentoring junior property managers and providing leadership on best practices.
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Real Estate Licence and reliable car and drivers licence
