Job description

Would you like to develop neighborhoods with real social added value and serve the "just cause" rather than mere returns? Are you passionate about regenerative, resource-saving, and circular construction, where you can see the effectiveness of your own work in the cityscape every day? Then, as a Senior Project Manager, you will actively shape the future of construction – including a company car, great freedom of design, and short decision-making processes.

Do you wish for projects where people, nature, and buildings are in harmony, and where you not only execute but also steer from the early stages? Are you looking for an environment without rigid corporate structures, where you can significantly build up a completely new department and contribute your own ideas? Furthermore, is a culture of trust, which sees mistakes as learning opportunities for innovation, important to you? Then a workplace awaits you here that lives exactly these values.

Your future employer is a young, owner-managed public limited company based in Münster, specializing in the development, planning, and long-term operation of sustainable neighborhoods. A strong, interdisciplinary team works here with the clear ambition to combine social, ecological, and economic quality with livable spaces. Flat hierarchies, a passion for innovation, and a culture of trust characterize the daily work of this growing company.

  • Work-Life Balance & Flexibility: A hybrid work model with 2-3 days of home office, trust-based working hours, and 30 days of vacation offers you maximum temporal flexibility.

  • Attractive Framework Conditions: In addition to a company car for private use, you can expect state-of-the-art equipment (Apple or Lenovo) and excellent personal development prospects, up to a leadership position.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the technical management of demanding neighborhood developments during the planning and implementation phases.

  • You will actively integrate regenerative and resource-saving construction methods into the realization process.

  • You will apply contract law, HOAI, VOB, AHO, and relevant DIN standards legally soundly.

  • You will proactively build up the new technical department and develop processes and tools for your team.
