Senior Project Planner Resources Management (m/w/d)

Take a central role in resource and capacity planning for complex infrastructure and industrial projects.

In this position, you will develop and establish processes for cross-project resource management and create transparency over utilizations, capacity, and future personnel needs. You will work closely with project management, operational departments, HR, and offer and project teams.

Tasks

• Development and introduction of processes and structures for cross-project resource and capacity planning
• Creation and maintenance of capacity and resource forecasts based on project timelines and pipelines
• Analysis of resource requirements, utilizations, and capacity gaps across multiple projects
• Establishment and maintenance of project-specific resource and capacity plans for internal and external resources
• Implementation of scenario and risk analyses to support strategic project and portfolio decisions
• Preparation of evaluations, reports, and decision-making grounds for management and project management

Qualification

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent qualification
• Long-term professional experience in resource, capacity, or project planning for complex infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects
• Fundamental understanding of terminal plan-based resource planning and experience in forecasting project-specific personnel and capacity needs
• Safe handling of Primavera P6 and common reporting and planning tools in the project environment
• Analytical and structured working style, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
