Tasks

As (Senior) Project Manager, you are a central interface between strategy, creation, and production - and are responsible for:

• Project leadership & coordination over all performance phases
• Steering of agency processes, timelines, and budgets
• Briefing, resource planning and capacity management
• Safeguarding of quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Team coordination internally as well as with external partners & freelancers
• Ongoing optimization of workflows and project standards
• Support in pitch preparation and bid calculation

Qualification

You bring with you:

• Multiple years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency
• Solid understanding of agile methods and classical PM tools
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and clear communication
• Strength in prioritization and joy in cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with customer contact and accompanying complex projects
• Optional: Experience in the field of Social Media / Digital Marketing
