WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You take over responsibility for the implementation and steering of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results

• You coordinate and steer all involved stakeholders like influencers and their management, clients, creative and production teams, as well as the paid and social team

• You work together with the creative team to develop campaign concepts

• You plan and manage the implementation of photo and video productions for our campaigns

• You create analyses, presentations, and reports on influencer and social media campaigns for our clients

• You advise our clients proactively and develop their social media strategies continuously further

WHAT YOU NEED

• You bring at least four years of professional experience in the marketing field with a focus on project management and influencer marketing

• You have a great passion for social media and are familiar with relevant platforms, trends, and mechanisms in influencer marketing

• You are experienced in dealing with large clients, complex projects, and high campaign budgets

• You convince through outstanding consulting and moderation skills and can lead clients and teams confidently through projects

• You work independently, solution-oriented, and tackle challenges with a hands-on mentality

• You are communicatively strong, able to express yourself clearly and persuasively

• You have a good sense for creative ideas and can develop them further together with the team

• You are an absolute team player who likes to share knowledge and motivate others constantly

• You keep your cool even in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions, which you e.g. well-prepared present to clients

• You love structure & organization and this defines you as a project manager

• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, rounding off your profile
