WAS DU MACHST

• You will take over the responsibility for the Durchführung and Steuerung of Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen and pay attention to Termine, Kosten and Qualität
• You will coordinate and steer all participating Stakeholder like Influencer:innen and their Managements, Kund:innen, Kreativ- and Produktionsteams, as well as the Paid- and Social-Team
• You will work together with the Kreativ-Team on the development of Kampagnenkonzepten with
• You will plan and supervise the implementation of Foto- and Video-Produktionen for our Kampagnen
• You will create Analysen, Präsentationen and Reportings to Influencer:innen- and Social-Media-Kampagnen for our Kund:innen
• You will advise our Kund:innen proactively and develop their Social-Media-Strategien continuously further

WAS DU BRAUCHST

• You bring at least four years of work experience in the Marketing-Umfeld with a focus on Projektmanagement and Influencer:innen-Marketing with
• You have a great passion for Social Media and know the relevant Plattformen, Trends and Mechanismen im Influencer:innen-Marketing very well
• You are experienced in dealing with large Kund:innen, complex Projekte and high Kampagnenbudgets
• You convince through outstanding Beratungs- and Moderationsstärke and can Kund:innen and Teams souverän through Projekte lead
• You work independently, solution-oriented and tackle challenges with a Hands-On-Mentalität
• You are communicatively strong, can express yourself clearly and persuasively
• You have a good sense for creative Ideen and can develop these together with the Team
• You are an absolute Teamplayer, who likes to share knowledge and motivate others constantly
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and find pragmatic Lösungen, which you can, for example, well prepare for the Kund:innen
• You love Structure & Organisation and this defines you as a Projektmanager:in
• You have very good Deutsch- and Englischkenntnisse in Wort and Schrift, which round out your profile
