WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You'll take responsibility for the implementation and steering of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
• You'll coordinate and steer all stakeholders involved, including influencers and their management teams, clients, creative and production teams, as well as paid and social media teams.
• You'll work together with the creative team to develop campaign concepts.
• You'll plan and execute the implementation of photo and video productions for our campaigns.
• You'll create analyses, presentations, and reports on influencer and social media campaigns for our clients.
• You'll advise our clients proactively and continuously develop their social media strategies.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• You bring at least four years of professional experience in the marketing field, focusing on project management and influencer marketing.
• You have a great passion for social media and are well-versed in relevant platforms, trends, and mechanisms in influencer marketing.
• You're experienced in dealing with large clients, complex projects, and high campaign budgets.
• You convince through strong consulting and moderation skills and can lead clients and teams confidently through projects.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and tackle challenges with a hands-on mentality.
• You're communicatively strong, able to express yourself clearly and persuasively.
• You have a good sense for creative ideas and can develop them further together with the team.
• You're an absolute team player who likes to share knowledge and motivate others continuously.
• You keep your cool in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions, which you present well-prepared to clients.
• You love structure & organization and this defines you as a project manager.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, rounding off your profile.
