Senior Project Manager for Strategic Software Projects in Bremen (m/w/d)

As Senior Project Manager, you will take on a key role in our successful software company: You are the interface between our Enterprise customers, product, and project team. In your leading role, you will significantly shape the success of our in-house software for sales processes (CPQ: Configure, Price, Quote). Does that sound exciting to you?

Your tasks with us:

• You will lead IT projects for our Enterprise customers – leading industrial companies in the DACH region. Your customers will accompany you comprehensively: from concept phase to offer, and then to go-live and rollout.

• You will work strategically and operationally with our Enterprise customers together and lead your projects to sustainable, economic success.

• You will think yourself into requirements and business processes, recognize additional customer needs, up- and cross-selling potential, and develop solutions with added value. 

• You will keep an eye on the budget and resources, conduct cost discussions, create roadmaps, and ensure transparent and efficient billing.

• In one of our agile software teams, you will work flexibly and self-determined. Regular 1:1 conversations, internal workshops, and genuine co-design opportunities will promote your professional and personal development.

• You have a degree with a technical or commercial focus. Alternatively, you convince us with your great interest in technical solutions and economic connections.

• You bring several years of experience in leading complex IT or software projects with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) – ideally in the B2B or Enterprise environment, as well as with hybrid business models (product and project business).

• In addition, you are skilled in customer management and especially in communication with management and C-level.

• Whether in a workshop, customer meeting, or team meeting: You stand out through negotiation security, sovereign appearance, and excellent communication skills – both in German and English.

• You are pragmatic, team- and customer-oriented, think entrepreneurially, and have the desire to continuously develop yourself and our organization.
