As a Senior Projektmanager*in (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the successful planning, steering and implementation of our customer projects in the areas of Brand, Marketing and Talent. Your tasks include brandings, corporate websites, digital go-to-market campaigns, product launches and paid lead campaigns.

You will coordinate customers, internal departments and external partners such as developers, printers, exhibition builders, photographers or performance marketers. You will ensure that complex projects with many participants are implemented on time, economically and in high quality.

Your success will be measured by how reliably projects are implemented, how economically they are managed and how satisfied customers and teams are with the collaboration. Your most important KPIs include project margin, budget compliance, deadline compliance, customer satisfaction and resource utilization.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Planning, steering and implementation of corporate website projects from concept to go-live
• Project leadership for go-to-market and product launch campaigns including landing pages, content, ads (Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google), events and print materials
• Coordination of internal teams as well as external partners such as developers, printers, photographers, videographers and performance marketers
• Responsibility for project budgets, project margins and economic achievement
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, timings and resource planning
• Preliminary preparation, moderation and follow-up of customer meetings
• Identification and management of project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks
• Documented projects as well as reporting relevant key figures
• Use of modern KI tools like Claude for project management, research, structuring and efficiency enhancement
• Ongoing quality control of processes, workflows and project standards

Qualification

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management at a digital, marketing or branding agency
• Demonstrable experience with corporate website launches & CMS, landing page projects and digital advertising campaigns (Funnel/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google)
• Safe handling of KPIs, reports and economic key figures
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Safe handling of KI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or similar systems
• Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Outstanding organizational and communicative strength
• High level of self-responsibility and structured working style
• Experience in budget planning, project calculation and resource management
• Safe handling of project management tools and digital workflows

Salary:

We have a salary range of €60,000 to €75,000 per year for this position, depending on your level of development.
