We are looking for reinforcements for our Digital Experience team at one of our locations - Cologne, Berlin, Kassel, or remote.

Your Mission

You burn for complex projects along the digital value chain and want to actively drive digital transformations? As a Senior Project Manager, you will strategically lead significant projects for our customers, manage interdisciplinary teams, and be the central interface between customers and our experts. With your sense of customer needs and experience in project management, you turn challenging requirements into successful digital solutions.

Your Tasks

• Project Leadership/Management: You will lead strategically significant IT and transformation projects from planning to successful completion.
• Steering & Control: You will plan, steer, and monitor projects including budget, resources, and time – in areas such as digital commerce, website development, content management, software development, AI-based solutions, and gamification.
• Cross-functional, professional Team Leadership: You will lead interdisciplinary teams from creation, development, online marketing, strategy, and accounting/sales and function as the central point of contact between customers and team.
• Identifying Potentials: You will recognize opportunities in ongoing projects, derive possible follow-up orders from them, and steer their implementation accordingly.
• Buliding Customer Relationships: You will develop existing customer relationships further and recognize additional wishes and needs of the customers in advance.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager from online or software development projects, preferably in the agency sector, media industry, or B2B/B2C marketing.
• You possess fundamental experience with CMS and e-commerce technologies, headless architectures, and AI-based solutions and have successfully implemented projects in these areas.
• You are certified in PSM 1 and/or PSPO 1 or possess a comparable qualification.
• You master classical, agile, and hybrid project management methods securely and know when to apply which method.
• You quickly grasp content and conceptual requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• You have experience leading cross-functional teams and keep the team culture and climate in mind at all times.
• You convince through excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You possess verhandlungssichere German language skills.
