Live Reply is the Reply Group's specialist for consulting, planning, deployment, and managed services in the network sector (multilayer transport and communication solutions for mobile and fixed networks), software-defined networks, virtualization, as well as digital, cloud-based application development with a special focus on the telecommunications and media industries.
Responsibilities
🔌 Together with you, we will bring our telecommunications customers' transmission networks to the next level!
Do you want to take responsibility for complex telecommunications projects and lead teams and customers to project success with your experience? Then become part of our team and actively shape the further development of modern network infrastructures.
Your Responsibilities
- Together with your team, you will develop exciting solutions for the modernization, migration, and establishment of new networks in the mobile, fixed, and fiber optic network areas
- You will take on the responsible leadership or coordination of diverse projects of various types
- You will consistently and passionately pursue your project goals, advise our customers based on your experience, and drive forward the further development of the telecommunications network
- You will confidently manage your projects and take on the leadership of your project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle from the offer process (analysis, design, implementation, testing up to acceptance)
- Status reporting and the execution of steering boards, possibly at CEO/board level, are also part of your responsibilities
- You will strategically use AI-based tools for project management, analysis, creation of decision-making bases, and reporting and use them for efficient support of your project teams
Qualifications
Your Profile
- We look forward to your successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, (Business) Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, Physics, Communications Engineering, or a comparable technical degree program
- You can demonstrate experience in the management of telecommunications projects, e.g., in mobile, fixed, or fiber optic networks
- Technologies and services in the field of telecommunications are your passion
- You are familiar with common project management tools and have experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFE, or ITIL
- You bring project experience in corporate environments or in the multinational medium-sized business sector, as well as a strong customer orientation
- You have basic knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence and AI-based tools and can use them responsibly and purposefully in complex project situations
- Very good communication skills in German and English, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally, complete your profile
