As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic and operational support of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Conception: You develop tailor-made social media strategies for various brands – across platforms and precisely targeted to the audience.
• Project Management: You manage interdisciplinary teams from conception and creation – structured, solution-oriented, and on an equal footing.
• Client Consulting: You are the first point of contact for your clients on all social media matters – from META to LinkedIn and TikTok to Pinterest.
• Community Management: You are responsible for dialogue with communities and ensure authentic brand communication.
• Paid Social: You conceive, manage, and optimize social media ads with a clear focus on performance and KPIs.
• Further Development: You monitor platform trends, derive recommendations for action, and bring fresh impulses to the team and your projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in (social media) marketing, ideally from an agency side.
• Important basic: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Media Studies, or a comparable qualification.
• Deep understanding of the relevant social media platforms (META, LinkedIn, TikTok) as well as their ad systems and algorithms.
• Proficient in using KPIs, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• You lead projects and teams with clarity, empathy, and commitment, and maintain an overview and composure even during high-pressure agency phases.
• You don't wait for briefings, but actively contribute your own ideas and impulses and convince clients and teams alike in presentations, workshops, and daily business.
