Senior Projektmanager SAP S/4HANA Transformation (m/w/d)

We are a renowned consulting firm, specialized in Interim Management and Project Leadership for the TOP 200 Companies in Germany, primarily in the areas of Warehousing, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales. You will work on forward-looking projects for our clients, often connected with the introduction of modern SAP systems (S/4HANA), to reshape their business processes. As a team of 20 experienced consultants, we take over program and project leadership at our customers' sites and lead teams of various sizes to success. Aufgaben

As Senior Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Transformation (m/w/d), you will be responsible for leading complex end-to-end projects and bringing our clients safely into the S/4HANA future:

• Total responsibility for planning, controlling, and successfully implementing SAP S/4HANA projects – including budget, scheduling, and resource management.
• Leadership of large, international projects in the roles of Overall Project Leadership, Rolloout Manager, or IT Coordination.
• Führung und Koordination interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as efficient stakeholder management at corporate level.
• Application of the SAP Activate Methodology and implementation of all phases, from Fit-to-Standard workshops to test and migration activities up to successful go-live.
• Surety of project quality, risk management, and compliance with defined standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Active problem-solving in technical and process-related challenges – you create solutions rather than just managing them.
• Further development of project management processes and standards in the SAP environment.

Qualifikation

To be successful in this role, you bring a combination of excellent leadership qualities and deep technical understanding:

• Multiple years of relevant work experience in project and team leadership, ideally from challenging corporate structures, where you have always acted on eye level.
• Numerous expertise in SAP, particularly in S/4HANA transformations and common project methods (e.g. SAP Activate).
• Technical or IT background: You possess fundamental technological skills, preferably from the SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, integration scenarios) or a technical IT environment.
• You are communicative, solution-oriented, and do not shy away from taking unconventional paths.
• You appreciate the thrill of unique, transformative projects and love your individual freedom in work design.
