(Senior) Project Manager SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d)

Then sparqs is the right place for you as a (Senior) Project Manager SAP S/4HANA (m/f/d)! With us, you will manage projects for our customers, primarily in the energy, retail, and healthcare sectors. With your sound methodological and analytical approach, you will either support sparqs' own project team or support customer project managers in solving complex problems, using your experience in applying classic and agile/hybrid project methods.

Tasks

• Consulting and coaching our customers from the energy industry on project-related topics and project support for project managers on the customer side, in order to help shape their (transformation) projects successfully.
• Support in planning transformation-relevant measures.
• Responsibility for the further development of sparqs' own project methodology and the associated knowledge transfer to our customers.
• Execution and management of SAP projects in the area of SAP IS-U and S/4 Utilities, starting with project setup, through the entire planning phase, up to go-live support.
• Quality assurance of projects.
• Participation in and/or leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, close collaboration with other consulting units, and with the IT department of our customers in projects.
• Conducting trainings and workshops for our customers.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration/Business Informatics or a comparable education/qualification.
• You have at least four years of professional experience in the successful execution of SAP S/4HANA projects in the utility industry.
• You are proficient in classic and agile project approaches and possess a sound methodological toolkit of project management methods that you can professionally apply in projects.
• Certification in, for example, PRINCE2, IPMA, or PM is desirable.
• You are familiar with complex project structures and customer requirements and, through your methodological expertise, create the necessary clarity and structure in customer projects.
• You have a customer-oriented way of working, act proactively, and use your analytical thinking to identify potential pain points in projects and address them in a target-group-oriented manner.
• You work independently and are nevertheless able to integrate into a team – both internally and in projects.
• You are resilient and can assert yourself in the project if necessary, and you are not familiar with silo thinking.
• You bring a hands-on mentality required for the project.
• Fluent German language skills at C1 level and good English skills, both written and spoken.
