Your Role:

• Campaign Management from A to Z
  You will fully develop Meta campaigns, from target group analysis through copy, funnel, and creatives to the launch. Your central question: Why would someone give up their secure job now?

• Analysis & Optimization
  Meta numbers are your daily bread. You will evaluate performance, replace weak ads with new angles, and strategically develop successful content further.

• Client Service
  You will conduct in-depth discussions, independently develop marketing angles, and derive concrete campaigns from them.

• Project Responsibility
  You will be the point of contact for ongoing projects and relieve the Account Management in day-to-day business. You keep deadlines, project status, and quality in view.

• Career Pages & Systems
  You will manage career pages and landing pages, conduct technical calls with clients, and set up applicant tracking systems like Recruitee and Leadtable.

Your Perspective

In the medium term, you will further develop our in-house Social Ads, take over quality management, and grow into a leadership role.

What you should bring:

This role is for personalities who work independently, drive things forward, and push projects through to completion in a structured manner, without losing sight of the client.

• Experience in performance marketing, especially Meta Ads, as well as basic knowledge of copywriting and campaign setup (ideally from a recruiting agency)

• Native-level German for client communication and copy evaluation

• You manage multiple projects in parallel, set solution-oriented priorities, and maintain an overview even in stressful phases

• Technical understanding of tracking, landing pages, and simple integrations – experience with automation tools like Make is a plus

• Confident use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in everyday work

What this role is not:

• Not a pure media buyer position

• Not a sales role
