The thinkRED understands itself as an IT partner for authorities, municipalities and educational institutions in Germany. In large hardware and service framework agreements, the experts accompany public sector customers with detailed and individual consulting from infrastructure conception to hardware implementation and professional long-term support, as well as media pedagogical and technical training of users.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten und komplexen IT-Rollout-Szenarien with a duration of sometimes several months
• Application of modern project management methods for planning, monitoring, budget control and successful completion of your projects
• As a communication-strong interface, you moderate between customers, internal technical teams and external partners
• Monitoring milestones and proactive risk and escalation management to ensure timely implementation
• Supporting our customers in structuring their IT initiatives and optimizing project workflows
• Mentoring and supporting junior project managers and team members
• Further development of internal project management standards and processes

Qualifikation

• You possess a comprehensive education in project management techniques, certified by a valid certificate (e.g. Prince2, IPMA, PMP or IHK-Project Manager)
• Multiple years of experience in leading IT projects, ideally in the field of IT infrastructure or rollout management
• You hold a valid car driving license and are willing to travel on business trips in our deployment areas (Bavaria, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate)
• You possess fluent German for precise documentation and sovereign communication at decision-maker level
• You can structure complex issues clearly and convey them goal-oriented (from technician to management)
• You lead project teams safely and keep the project goals in mind even in dynamic situations
• You have a structured working style and a high degree of self-responsibility
• You possess very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage
