Responsibilities

• As Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects in the areas of senior facilities, outpatient services, and palliative care.
• As part of the management team, you will ensure deadline, budget, and quality goals and report transparently to management and business unit leadership.
• You will manage cross-location construction projects, accompanying them from requirements gathering to successful commissioning.
• You will design commercial processes and KPI-based management.
• In this role, you will drive innovation by developing and implementing future, growth, and change concepts for the facilities.
• You will act as a central interface between all stakeholders, from management to external partners.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Health Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project management have provided you with valuable insights, ideally in the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrable success in managing large strategic projects distinguishes you.
• Confident handling of business figures; experience in reporting and KPI-based management models.
• Analytical, structured, and data-driven, combined with decisiveness and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strategic thinking, confident demeanor, entrepreneurial foresight, and natural communication skills round off your profile.
