Your tasks

• Support for project and theme planning, as well as controlling and reporting on status, risk assessments, and milestones

• Contribution to an overarching management structure to ensure transparency and synchronization across various topic areas

• Stakeholder management and coordination of implementation between the involved units within the risk reporting information network

• Conducting test management in the field of information network-risk reporting with a focus on tools DSS and Cognos

• Establishing and managing the introduction, including communication and support for affected departments

• Project planning and project controlling using Clarity and Open Workbench

• Independent creation of committee documents as well as presentations in and coordination with project committees

• Establishing and organizing project meetings, as well as creating documentation and result types

• Quality assurance of requirements for evaluations and reporting on risk management in DSS (ad hoc queries) and Cognos

• Analysis of the elements to be considered within the information network and their definition within the applicable regulations

Must-requirements

• Several years of experience (at least 6 years) as a Senior Project Manager in complex IT projects

• In-depth knowledge of project management, project planning, and controlling

• Experience in stakeholder management and coordination of various IT units

• Expertise in risk management and risk reporting

• Experience in preparing and conducting committee meetings as well as creating status reports

• Knowledge in test management and quality assurance of professional requirements

• Established competence in organizing and leading project meetings

• Notable experience in introduction management

• Advisor must be employed under a fixed, social insurance-based employment contract

• Verifiable German language skills in writing and speaking

Can-requirements

• Familiarity with DSS (ad hoc queries) and Cognos (reporting)

• Experience with project planning tools like Clarity or Open Workbench

• Industry knowledge in the financial services or insurance sector

• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 or comparable)
