Senior Projektmanager *in Produktentwicklung

(German-speaking, full-time, remote or in Berlin).

Aufgaben

• Projektmanagement: You are responsible for the development of new products and the further development of existing products in the field of high-quality design cookware and related materials (instructions, packaging etc.). You will be responsible for projects from product idea to market launch.
• Koordination: You steer internal stakeholders* and external service providers* and production companies (from industrial design over procurement and supply chain to quality assurance and marketing).
• Planung und Controlling: You create and monitor project plans, timings and budgets and maintain corresponding reports.
• Qualitätsmanagement: You are responsible for ensuring functionality as well as design and quality standards.
• Interne Kommunikation: You communicate project status and results within the team, so that all involved parties are up to date.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Together with the team, you question and optimize our product development processes.

Qualifikation

• You have completed your studies in the field of business administration, engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering etc.) or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in product development from consumer goods, ideally cookware or household appliances, and bring an outstanding sensitivity for product design, quality standards and manufacturing details.
• You bring your extensive experience in managing external manufacturing service providers. Additionally, you have a good understanding of production processes and various product materials. Further education and certifications, such as IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma etc., are advantageous.
• You communicate proactively, are detail-oriented and ensure sustainable implementation on supplier side and with internal stakeholders.
• You take critical conversations yourself confidently and solution-oriented.
• You are familiar with relevant software tools (e.g. Google Workspace, project management tools etc.).
• Your German is fluent in writing and speaking, your English is conversationally proficient.
• You enjoy cooking, high-quality cookware and design-oriented consumer products.
