Senior Project Manager Procurement & Process Optimization (m/w/d)

An international successful industrial company with headquarters in Biberach is looking for an experienced specialist to further develop and optimize procurement processes.

In this key role, you will actively shape the development of global procurement processes and drive innovative projects around digitalization, process optimization, and AI-based solutions forward. Tasks

• Development and optimization of global procurement and Source-to-Pay processes
• Analyze existing workflows and identify potential for optimization
• Steering and implementation of digitalization and transformation projects
• Introduction and further development of modern procurement processes and systems
• Moderation of national and international workshops
• Collaboration with departments and international stakeholders
• Consulting on procurement and adjacent company areas regarding process and digitalization topics
• Support in implementing innovative technologies and AI-based solutions
• Creation of analyses, presentations, and decision-making documents for management

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Multiple years of professional experience in procurement, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in optimizing and digitalizing business processes
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes desirable
• Experience in project management and steering complex projects
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Safe appearance and communication and moderation strength
• Verhandlungssichere German and English knowledge
• High affinity to digital technologies and innovative solutions
• Structured and self-responsible work style
