• As a Senior Project Manager Technology (m/f/d), you are responsible for the technical realization of our new construction projects and manage the entire execution of the MEP disciplines from conception, planning, implementation to completion and handover.
• You are the driving force behind the realization of energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions (e.g., heat pumps, geothermal energy, intelligent control systems) and implement standards for long-term success.
• You are responsible for coordination and negotiation with authorities and parties involved in construction.
• You commission technically complex construction services and are responsible for on-time construction supervision and budget control.
• You coordinate, organize and lead the project team consisting of external service providers and internal specialist departments.
• You prepare project reporting for internal decision-making and steering committees.

• You have successfully completed a degree in electrical or utility engineering, building services engineering (TGA), technical facility management, or a comparable degree program, or alternatively, you have a comparable technical training and further education, e.g., as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d).
• You already have several years of professional experience in project management of demanding construction projects, particularly with regard to building services equipment.
• You have proven expertise in building services engineering (TGA), especially in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology (HVAC), building automation and energy efficiency.
• You have extensive experience in negotiating with external service providers.
• You think holistically and beyond building boundaries, are assertive and manage complex projects independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You consider entrepreneurial thinking and action, a high service mentality and cost awareness to be a matter of course.
• You are enthusiastic about innovation, automation, AI and digital transformation, and are eager to participate in a major project in the heart of Heilbronn.
