Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung anspruchsvoller Bauvorhaben im Bereich Schlüsselfertigbau – von der Planung bis zur Übergabe
• Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen sowie technische Abstimmungen mit Projektbeteiligten
• Koordination aller Abläufe auf der Baustelle mit Blick auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmen
• Schnittstellenmanagement zu Bauherren, Behörden, Planern und Fachingenieuren
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Abnahmeprozesse sowie fortlaufende Projektbetreuung
• Aktive Rückkopplung an die Kalkulation und Beteiligung an der Angebotsphase künftiger Projekte

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im Schlüsselfertigbau
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung auf GU-Seite sind wünschenswert
• Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
• Kommunikationsfreude und Führungskompetenz im Umgang mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
