As Senior Project Leader, you are responsible for the management and leadership of large-scale commercial projects. You will play a key role in monitoring and delivering the projects. Our client is an institutional investor specializing in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate properties and whose portfolio is growing strongly.Tasks:As Senior Project Leader, you have the following tasks:- The role of project leader in all phases …- Development and implementation of project plans and strategies- Coordination and control of project teams- Monitoring and controlling project progress- Identification and mitigation of risks- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations- Collaboration with stakeholders and clients- Reporting to management and other stakeholders- Other tasks as required by the project.
