To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the radio and communication industry, we're looking for a Senior Projektleiter (m/w/x) HF-Systems in permanent employment at K-tronik. Tasks:

• Participation in defining the task areas and work packages of the technical sub-project leaders, as well as monitoring the implementation - Fachliche coordination of the sub-project leaders to ensure the comprehensive implementation and achievement of the technical goals of the developing overall system - Close coordination with software and hardware development, product management, sales, service, production, and external project and research partners; Taking over the project reporting against management - Supporting the team in analyzing requirements and clarifying them across departments, including occasional worksite and customer visits

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification (knowledge of a technically relevant field such as high-frequency technology, signal processing, or software development is desirable) - Documented professional successes in leading development projects, as well as sovereign behavior in an equivalent environment - Experience in leading technologically complex projects and in professionally guiding interdisciplinary teams - Excellent ability to immerse oneself in complex overall systems including software and hardware elements - Fundamentally project management skills, including the ability to steer time plans, costs, and quality considering different dependencies (project management certification according to IPMA, PMP or comparable is desirable) - Strong interest in high-frequency technology in complex systems - Structured and sovereign behavior even in critical situations, as well as high problem-solving competence - Motivating personality with excellent moderation and communication skills and clear orientation towards the common project success - Very good German and English language skills
