Your Tasks

For a long-standing client in software development, I am looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) – the ideal candidate for demanding IT projects. You will manage complex development initiatives from conception to successful completion and coordinate the involved teams.

What is Expected

• You will be responsible for complex multi-partner projects – from planning and management to successful completion

• You will maintain an overview when many threads converge and create structures that provide orientation and reliability

• You will develop realistic, viable project goals and confidently align them with all internal and external stakeholders

• You will accompany projects from the initial idea through customer contact to team assembly and ensure a smooth start

What You Bring

• min. 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects – ideally with multiple partners and stakeholders

• Technical Understanding: You are familiar with IT infrastructures, ideally with Linux environments and Identity & Access Management, and can confidently assess technical contexts

• Communication and Customer Understanding: You understand your customers' perspective and manage expectations clearly and empathetically. You openly address uncertainties and build trust through transparent communication

• Crisis Management: You remain calm when things get tight and find ways to safely steer projects back on track
