In line with further growth, a Senior Project Manager for Major Projects (m/f/d) is sought for the Stuttgart or Karlsruhe locations, who will manage complex construction projects with foresight and responsibility.

• Overall responsibility for managing demanding major projects – from project preparation to successful handover to the client
• Technical leadership and coordination of construction and project teams as well as close coordination with clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, and other project participants
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and cost targets as well as continuous monitoring of project progress
• Active involvement in tenders, contract negotiations, change order management, and economic project management
• Identification of optimization potential and development of sustainable solutions for a smooth project flow

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management of complex building construction projects, ideally in the area of major projects
• In-depth knowledge of technical and economic project management as well as contract law (VOB)
• Strong leadership and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high demand for quality
