Senior Project Manager Infrastructure (m/f/d) - Nationwide (Project Locations)

An established and renowned German construction and infrastructure company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Infrastructure (m/f/d) to manage complex major projects in the infrastructure sector.

In this role, you will take responsibility for major projects with a volume of over €100 million and lead interdisciplinary teams in the successful implementation of challenging infrastructure projects.

📍 Location: Stuttgart / Baden-Württemberg (Project Locations)

💰 €100,000 – €130,000 + Company Car + Benefits

Tasks

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of large infrastructure projects (€100 million+)
• Management and control of multidisciplinary project teams
• Responsibility for budget, scheduling and quality control
• Coordination with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and safety-related requirements
• Management of complex construction processes and solutions to project-specific challenges

Requirements

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the management of large infrastructure projects (€100 million+)
• Degree in Civil Engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in areas such as rail infrastructure, road construction, tunnel construction or major projects in civil engineering
• Proven leadership experience of large project or construction site teams
• Very good knowledge of project management, cost control and stakeholder management
• German at native speaker level (C2) required
• Willingness to nationwide project assignments
