Senior Project Leader in Plant Engineering (m/w/d)

The group employs more than 1000 employees worldwide.

We are looking for a full-time Senior Project Leader (m/w/d) at our location in Bad Oeynhausen as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for the overall success of complex plant engineering projects in the recycling industry, both domestically and internationally.
• You will take over the independent overall management, coordination, and execution of the projects as a central interface to the customer, including all departments, suppliers, and companies involved in the project.
• You will identify risks and challenges during the project's progress and implement appropriate measures to minimize risk.
• You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop solutions.
• You will be responsible for budget and cost control throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

Qualification

• You have experience in project management for plant engineering projects, preferably from the recycling industry.
• You have a good technical understanding and your educational background (vocational training/study) reflects this technical background.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and have fun leading and motivating a team.
• You possess problem-solving skills, innovation ability, and excellent communication skills.
• You speak fluent English and German, with other foreign languages being very welcome.
