Senior Project Manager - Structural Engineering / Turnkey Construction / Construction / Fit-out (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will strategically lead and develop the fit-out business unit, coordinate project teams in fit-out, and manage your own construction sites.
• You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, deadlines, and costs of projects.
• You will develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and quality.
• As an experienced networker (m/f/d), you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the fit-out sector.
• You will lead and develop employees in the fit-out division.

Profile

• You have at least five years of professional experience as a construction and project manager (m/f/d) and possess experience in fit-out, ideally in a leadership role, as well as experience in personnel management.
• You have completed a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification and possess sound technical knowledge in fit-out, structural engineering, and building services engineering.
• You are strong in leadership, communication, customer-oriented, and have team spirit.
• You are very familiar with turnkey construction, including proficient knowledge of construction contract law (BGB, VOB).
• You have the drive to shape things and actively contribute to the development of the business unit.
