Tasks:

• Planning, structuring, steering, and leading complex deployment projects for digital solutions in the area of maintenance of military weapon systems - guidance and professional leadership of employees assigned to the projects as well as possibly external subcontractors - comprehensive project planning, management, and monitoring under consistent adherence to Time-Cost-Quality, creation of project-specific procedural guidelines - responsibility for contractually compliant performance delivery taking into account the budget and active steering of performance changes - ensuring a smooth internal and external information flow and guaranteeing customer satisfaction - maintenance and expansion of close contacts with all stakeholders, bringing in new impulses to the department, and significant participation in bid preparation - supporting sales in acquiring new development projects as well as taking over offer management when needed - development and implementation of long-term product strategies within the scope of the responsible projects in coordination with business development and sales, conducting acceptance tests at the customer.

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in a field such as natural sciences, engineering, or economics or equivalent/ training - substantial experience in project management with a focus on IT projects or roll-outs, ideally in an international environment - relevant certifications (IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL, CMMI, V-Model XT, SCRUM), ideally combined with intense practical application - several years of experience in fleet management of military systems would be ideal - sovereign handling of the tension field Time-Cost-Quality within project leadership - structured and integrating work style as well as high self-motivation for successful project implementation within the planned framework - enthusiasm for digital innovations in the context of military systems, pioneering spirit, and realization will for new topics as well as excellent customer orientation - negotiation-safe English language skills and confident appearance in national and international project environments.
