Senior Project Leader Electrical - Technical Building Equipment TGA (80-100%)

• Discipline Responsibility Electrical: Leadership, coordination, and execution of electrical trades (e.g. medium voltage, NSHV, generator, USV, lighting, stores, lightning protection, earthing and potential equalization, sub-distributions, UKV, fire alarm systems, gas alarm systems, evacuation and alarm systems, safety lighting, RWA, fire fall control, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems).
• Project Processing in All Phases: Responsibility for electrical planning from the concept phase to basic design and detail design up to the construction & commissioning phase (SIA phases 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52, 53)
• Negotiations & Interfaces: Independent negotiations with authorities, clients, architects, and coordination with specialist planners, suppliers, and execution companies.
• Team Leadership in the Electrical Department: Technical leadership, promotion, and support of electrical engineers within the project team.
• Tendering & Auctions: Preparation of tender documents (high- and low-voltage) and accompaniment of the procurement process.
• Cost & Schedule Control: Preparation of initial cost estimates, cost calculations, and monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality in the electrical department.
• Technical Documentation: Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for electrical, telematics, and security systems.
• Acceptance Tests: Organization and accompaniment of expert inspections and acceptance tests of electrical installations.
