Senior Project Manager Digitalization (m/f/d)

• You take overall responsibility for complex digitalization projects – from planning and structuring to implementation and stabilization.
• You take overall responsibility for demanding transformation initiatives – technically, culturally, and economically.
• You translate strategic target visions into concrete, measurable results, keeping an eye on budget, quality, and impact.
• You gain and align stakeholders up to C-level – through clarity, stance, and persuasive power.
• You manage interdisciplinary teams with structure, priority, and presence – even in uncertain phases.
• You strategically develop customer relationships and build sustainable, profitable follow-up business.
• Depending on the project, you regularly work on-site at the client's premises, build a robust understanding of their business, and develop trusting customer relationships.

• You have several years of experience in leading complex digitalization, IT, or transformation projects – ideally in a consulting environment.
• You think holistically and recognize the interconnections between culture, organization, processes, and technology. You also have a solid understanding of software and digital products.
• You analyze complex situations in a structured manner and develop viable, individual solutions from them.
• You have a confident demeanor, convince at all levels, and communicate fluently in German and English. You remain clear and steadfast even in the face of resistance.
• You combine assertiveness with empathy and win people over for change. Experience with agile working methods or SAFe is an advantage.
• You take entrepreneurial responsibility and consistently bring complex digitalization projects to measurable results.
• You are prepared to work regularly on-site depending on the client project and to undertake the necessary travel activity for it.
