Senior Projektkoordinator / PMO (m/w/d) - Rotenburg Wümme

We are looking for an experienced developer who wants to steer projects that really count for the military, authorities, and critical infrastructure – instead of maintaining status reports in interchangeable corporate structures. At ARGUS Interception, you will support the Head of Strategic Projects directly in the operational management of demanding international projects. 2023 founded – the project structures grow with you.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Operative Projektsteuerung – You coordinate demanding projects in day-to-day business and keep track of deadlines, dependencies, and priorities.

• Konsequente Nachverfolgung – You follow up on partial tasks, work packages, deadlines, and commitments, ensuring that concrete results emerge from coordination meetings.

• Meetings & Schnittstellen – You coordinate schedules with internal project leaders, external partners, and suppliers.

• Reporting – You prepare project reports, status updates, KPI overviews, presentations, and decision-making grounds for the project leadership.

• Informationsverdichtung – You structure information from various sources into a comprehensive picture.

• Beschaffung & Lieferanten – You support market analyses, supplier research, and the preparation and follow-up of partner and supplier topics.

• Dokumentation – You build documentation structures and keep project-related documents accessible and comprehensible.

Qualifikation

Your Profile

• Ausbildung/Studium – Commercial, technical or studies (Economics, Project Management, Economics Engineering, International Management, Security Management, etc.); military background with project, staff, or coordination experience of advantage.

• Projekterfahrung – Experience in project management, project coordination, or comparable roles.

• Reporting-Praxis – Experience with reporting, status tracking, KPI tracking, or preparing management information.

• Tools – Very secure in Excel and PowerPoint, experienced with PM tools and digital collaboration environments.

• Beschaffung & Verträge – Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, and contract management.

• Sprache – German very good, English negotiable.

• Defense-Bezug – Experience in the defense-tech environment or military background of advantage.

• Arbeitsweise – Independent, structured, and reliable; you keep track even with changing priorities and bring topics consistently into implementation.
